She is survived by: her daughter Sally L. Askew (John Landon Askew, Jr.); and her grandchildren, Kevin of Phoenix, MD, Melissa (Paul Winterling) of Phoenix, MD, Mark of Phoenix, MD and Cristina of Phoenix, MD. She is also survived by Nieces and Nephews.
