He is survived by: his wife Phyllis E. Jacoby (Howell); his son David D. Jacoby (Patricia K. Jacoby); his stepchildren, Donna Lee Stephens, Nelda Kay Oswald and Nelson Stephens; and his grandchildren, Ariana, Christian, Ashlyn Jacoby, Edward Jacoby and Lauren Eisenman. He is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren.
