He was predeceased by: his parents, Marvin E. Herb and Ivy M. Herb (Clemens); his siblings, Hazle Hummel and Robert C. Herb; and his son Donald T. Herb.
He is survived by: his wife Judie (Haenn); his daughter Christine White (Shawn) of Orlando; his granddaughter Sheena Espinol (Ricardo); and his great grandchild Ricky. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
