He was predeceased by: his wife Irene Stein (Butz); and his parents, Earl E. Sr. Stein and Ellen Stein (Ebert). He is survived by: his children, Carol Breidenbach (Donald) of Lower Saucon, James Stein of Myrtle Beach and Jeffrey Stein (Rodeen) of Northampton; and his siblings, William Stein and Jean Stein. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 1 great granddaughter.
