He is survived by: his spouse Zoraida Parsons (Ortiz); his parent Rafaela Parsons (Cabrera); his son Daniel Parsons; his stepchildren, Luis Acevedo, Herminio Caraballo, Edilberto Ortiz, Angela Caraballo, Aurora Acevedo and Reina Santiago; and his siblings, Edilberto Parsons, Victor Manuel Parsons, Clotilde Parsons and DeeMarie Mantila. He is also survived by 36 step grandchildren and 5 step great grandchildren.
