He was predeceased by: his parent Rafael Garcia. He is survived by: his parent Heroina Garcia (Ramirez); his wife Carmen; his children, Elizabeth Peralta of Allentown, Ivelisse Garcia-Rogalewicz (Frank) of Bethlehem, Cinthia Tejeda (Ronye) of Allentown, Jeannette Garcia of Quakertown, Elena Garcia-Carrasco of Bonao, Eduardo Garcia (Joselyn) of Allentown and Tito Garcia (Tanya) of Allentown; and his sister Venecia Garcia. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren.
