He was predeceased by: his former wife Irene Stoudt (Nau); his son Gordon E. Stoudt; his parents, Clarence E. Stoudt and Lillian I. Stoudt (DeLong); his siblings, Richard and Jeanne Mill; and his stepdaughter Alison Hoffman.

He is survived by: his wife Kathryn; his stepchildren, Gregory, Katie, Timothy Wardenski and Matthew Hoffman; and his pets, Fiona Gray and Miss Piggy. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren.
