He was predeceased by: his wife Mary I. Spiker (Kinnerney); his parents, Admiral Dewey Spiker and Pauline L. Spiker (Boyd); and his sons, Mark E. Spiker and Patrick D. Spiker.
He is survived by: his children, Anne B. Weaver (John) of Hummelstown and Terence A. Spiker (Robin) of Jim Thorpe. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; seven great grandchildren.
