She was predeceased by: her parents, William Henry Eugene and Sarah Ann Purll (Perkins); her husband W. Gordon Conn; her grandson Corey Michael Samuels; and her siblings, Sarah Jane Mauck, Samuel Purll and Eugene Purll.
She is survived by: her children, Suzanne Conn-Samuels (Paul Samuels Jr.) and Gary Alan Conn (Pongsri); and her grandson James Conn.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Elsie's name to the Cancer Center of Lehigh Valley Hospital.
