She is survived by: her parents, George Palko and Anna Palko; her son Robert, Jr.; her wife Denise of Emmaus; her daughter Ruth Ann Zahn of Allentown; her grandchildren, Katie Long (Chad) of Schnecksville and Pamela Durette (Douglas) of Emmaus; and her great grandchildren, Joshua, Tyler, Madalyn Durette, Samantha Gangeware and Jesse Gangeware.
