He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Howell and Lillian Howell; and his daughter Jeanine Marie. He is survived by: his wife Janice (Schimeneck); his children, Renee Howell (Greg Magann) and Eugene C. Jr.; his stepchildren, Maureen Devlin-Horvath (James), Christian Golca and Giavanna Angstadt; his sister Linda Hoffman (Howard); and his grandchildren, Janine Howell, Tyler Howell (Olivia), Jesse Magann, Jack Magann and Sophia Magann.
Memorial donations can be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or Shriners Hospitals for Children in his memory.
