Evangelos Paximadas Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Evangelos Paximadas of Allentown, Pennsylvania, who passed away on July 19, 2025, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Gregory Paximadas and Hariklia Paximadas; and his siblings, Efthemia Markopoulos, Sotiris Paximadas, Nickolas Paximadas and Meletios Paximadas.
He is survived by: his wife Maria Paximadas (Zakinthinou); his children, Dimitra Anastasopoulos (Vasili) and Gregory Paximadas (Lilia); and his grandchildren, Maria Lafatas, Anastasia Anastasopoulos, Eleni Paximadas and Evan Paximadas. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Viewing will be held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Nicholas Greek Orthodox Cathedral (1607 W Union Blvd, Bethlehem, PA 18018). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
