He was predeceased by: his parents, Forrest Daniel Grim, Sr. and Zula Grim (Smith). He is survived by: his wife Carol; and his children, Daniel Forrest Grim (Sally) of Slatington, David Joel Grim (Sherry) of Whitehall, Susan Carol Leiby (Larry) of Schnecksville and Donald Matthew Grim. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; six great grandchildren.
