He was predeceased by: his wife Irene F. Kutish (Strobel); his parents, William V. Kutish and Anna Kutish (Polkowska); and his siblings, Josephine Brugger, Stella Gavlick, Wanda Todt, Walter and John Kutish.
He is survived by: his children, David Kutish of Chalfont, Timothy F. Kutish (Colleen) of Greenville, SC and Karen Kutish of Las Vegas, NV; his granddaughters, Juliet Barwis and Tara Sweigart; and his great grandchildren, Charlotte and Emily Barwis. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
