He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank S. Frey and Beulah Frey (Dreher); and his daughter Michele Frey. He is survived by: his wife Dottie M. Frey (Ashby); and his daughter Melissa Frey.
Viewing will be held on Thursday, August 14th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Evangel Fellowship Church (527 N St Lucas St, Allentown, PA 18104). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, August 14th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the same location.
