He was predeceased by: his spouse Rose Petruska (Yuhas). He is survived by: his sons, Michael J. Petruska (Charlene) and George K. Petruska (Cindy); his grandchildren, Heather, Brandon and Britni; his daughter Linda M. Petruska (Abdelrahman Abbass); and his grandchildren, Megan, Tamara and Elsayed.
