She was predeceased by: her spouse Richard Kocher. She is survived by: her parents, Enoch Hoover and Pearl Hoover (Rowe); her children, Robert Fenstermacher (Karen) of Coupeville, WA and Virginia Bromfield; her grandchildren, Lori Fenstermacher and Christa Blaser (Bromfield); and also, Gavin McIntyre, Morgan McIntyre, Tanya McIntyre (Bromfield), Hunter Everett and Erin Everett (Bromfield).
