He is survived by: his wife Edith Basseches (Hartenstein); his parent Rose Basseches (Berkower); his children, Wendy Basseches Stahl (Peter Stahl), Peter Basseches and Thomas Jan Basseches; his grandchildren, Eric (Corey), Jeffrey, Elizabeth and Alex; and his great grandchildren, Parker and Aiden.
