He was predeceased by: his parent Francesa Costa (Ero); and his daughter Shirley Ann Costa. He is survived by: his wife Aida E. Costa (Rivera); his children, Elizabeth Lee (George), Millicent Friedman (Joel), Esther Cruz (Eddie), Hector D and Ida Howard (Ken); and his sister Zaida Ramos. He is also survived by 9 Grandchildren; 8 Great-Grandchildren; 2 Great-Great-Grandchildren.
