She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis Havlicsek and Rose Havlicsek; her son-in-law Darryl L.; her siblings, Joseph, Louis, Margaret Kish and Helen; and her stepbrother Willard Bachman.
She is survived by: her children, Stephen R. (Mary Ann) and Margaret Helen Forro-Hopkins; her grandchildren, Stephen C., Eric P. and Jeremy; her sisters, Marie Hartdorn and Linda Jankowich (Dale Roth); her stepsisters, Judith Nemeth and Nancy Hunsicker (Glenn); and her close friend Jeannie of Blake, Robbie.
