She was predeceased by: her parents, Alois Bauer and Marie Bauer (Sommers). She is survived by: her husband Maurice A. Blose; her children, Deborah A. Polzer (Stephen) of Greensboro, NC, Darrin J. Blose (Amy) of Schnecksville and Kevin M. Blose of Florida; and her sister Amelia Kokolus (Stanley) of Coplay.
