He was predeceased by: his parent Leon A. Kerns; his son Kevin Kerns; and his brother James D. Kerns. He is survived by: his parent Angeline C. Stafford (Scott); his wife Jean; his children, Kim Domovich (Mike), Keith Kerns (Debra), Kari Wyman, Kelli Brockington (Gene) and Kristin Myrick; his grandchildren, Rhiannon II, Christopher II, Jesse II, Jeremy II, Samantha II, Kameron II, Kelsey II, Alan II, Trevor II, Cory II, Krystle II, Shannon II and Keith II; and his siblings, Nancy Kuehn, Margaret "Peggy" Robson, Malcolm Stafford and Suzanne Wood.
