She was predeceased by: her spouse Arlington T. Frack, Sr.; and her parents, Wesley Emerson and Beatrice Julia Buss (Werkheiser). She is survived by: her sons, Arlington T. "Junior" Frack, Jr. (Donna) of Kutztown and Glenn S. Frack of Kutztown; her grandsons, Nathan and Jason; her great grandchildren, Brady, Leigha, Taylor and Liam; and her siblings, Dick and Marlene of Phillipsburg.
