He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Paul and Mary Vargo (Treiber); and his siblings, Mary Kovacs, Anna Vargo, Julius and Frank Vargo.

He is survived by: his daughter Adrian Brown of Houston, TX; and his sister Margaret Zartler of Macungie, PA. He is also survived by four grandsons; one great-grandson and numerous nieces and nephews.
