He was predeceased by: his parent Louis Stranzl; and his brother Louie. He is survived by: his parent Julia Stranzl Kovacs (Szoke); his wife Madeline; his children, Melanie C. (Jon Haines), Jonathan J. Stranzl and Alicia R. Stranzl; his stepchildren, Amy Csencsits and Bryan Vertigan; his grandson Gavin; and his nephews, Elliott Stranzl (Elizabeth) and Benjamin Stranzl (Danielle). He is also survived by great niece and great nephews.
