It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Janet Helen Gruver of Allentown, Pennsylvania, who passed away on September 7, 2023, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband John R. "Jack" Gruver; her parents, James J. Allender, Sr. and Grace M. Allender (Smith); and her brother James J. Allender, Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Brenda Tarulli (Joe) of Bethlehem, John M. Gruver (Tracy) of Coopersburg and Matthew Gruver of Bonita Springs, FL; and her brother Kenneth C. Allender (Marie) of Coopersburg. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
