He was predeceased by: his parents, Geraldine Scott and Matthew Lawson. He is survived by: his uncle John Scott (Gayla) of Ocala, FL; his aunts, Jean Cason, Maryann Scott of Summerfield, FL, Helen Brown of Longwood, FL, Joyce Scott of Altamonte Springs, FL, Debra Scott of Johnstown, PA and Elizabeth Monroe of Lodi, NJ; his stepbrother Kenny Thorn; and his stepmother Princess Tina Lawson of Georgia.
