(Buehler); his daughters, Samantha and Jessica; his grandchildren, Stephan and Sage; his stepchildren, Shaun D., Justin G. Matsinko and Danielle M. Cerqueira (Chad); his stepgrandchildren, Bradyn and Payton Cerqueira; and his uncle Dennis Zerby.
