She was predeceased by: her parents, Baker Kunkle and Alma E. Kunkle (Wilfong). She is survived by: her husband Edward L. Frack; her children, Edward P. Frack of Allentown and Carol E. Lane (John S.) of Allentown; her grandchildren, Edward G. Frack (Joanne) of Whitehall, Adam T. Frack (Courtney) of Northampton and Savannah Zerff (Evan) of Schnecksville; and her great grandchildren, Ella Zerff, Lucas Zerff, Jaxon Frack, Leo Zerff and Francesca Frack.
