He was predeceased by: his spouse Ann C. Kostalis; and his parents, John Kostalis and Ruth Kostalis (Beers). He is survived by: his son Michael Kostalis (Diane) of Bethlehem Twp; and his grandchildren, Michael Joseph and Amanda Marie Kostalis.
