He was predeceased by: his brothers, Adam, Michael and Joseph. He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann; and his daughters, Melissa A. (Lane Feezor) and Kimberly M. (Terrance Kichline). He is also survived by 9 Grandchildren and 1 Great Grandchild.
In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
