He was predeceased by: his parents, Jose Vazquez and Maria Vazquez (Otero); and his brother Luis Antonio Vazquez. He is survived by: his wife Maria Vazquez; his daughter Cindy Garcia (Anthony); his siblings, Carmen Diaz and Osvaldo Vaquez; and his grandchildren, Tatyana, Breanna and Arianna Garcia.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Humane Society of Lehigh County, 640 Dixon Street, Allentown, PA 18103.
