She was predeceased by: her parents, Carol E. Hess (Barry) and Jacob Hess of Allentown, PA.; and her spouse John "Sarge" Strauch. She is survived by: her daughters, Karen (Harvey D. Cohen) and Shelley (John Mesics); her brothers, Jacob Hess and Dennis Hess of Breinigsville; her grandchildren, Melissa Lipsky, Stephanie Mareigner and Lawrence Cohen; and her great grandchildren, Heaven Mareigner and Isabelle Lipsky. She is also survived by wife, mother, and sister and dedicated her life to family and always there for friends.
