He was predeceased by: his parent Mailech Jakubowicz; and his siblings, Fred Jacobs and Regina Lubka. He is survived by: his parent Ruchla Jakubowicz (Rosenszajn); his wife Rosanna; his children, Mark I. Jacobs, Lucy Hurley and Joseph M. Jacobs (Krista); and his grandchildren, Joshua, Rebekah, Jennifer, Samantha, Steven Jacobs and Kate Liotta.
