She was predeceased by: her daughter Crystal D. Ashenfelder. She is survived by: her parents, Ronald J. Long and Sara L. Long (Jumper); her husband William Stout Jr.; her daughter Meagan Saxe (Kevin); her stepchildren, Letticia Mulford (John), Kimberlee Achey, Suelynn Higgins (James), Dianna Hummer (Bryan), William Stout (Kimberly) and Anthony Stout; and her siblings, Bonnie Adams (Thomas), Ronald Long and Duane Long (Darlene). She is also survived by her 19 grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made in Kathy's memory to the American Cancer Society.
