With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Leroy Betz of Allentown, Pennsylvania, born in Breinigsville, Pennsylvania, who passed away on May 29, 2020 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Edgar A. Betz and Louella Betz (Eisenhauer); his wife Rose Marie Betz; and his siblings, Edgar, Charlie, Clifford, Annabelle, Linda and Bobby.
He is survived by: his children, Debra A. Szakaly (Dennis) of Walnutport, Alan L. Betz (Kim) of Phoenix, Sharon L. Young (Timothy) of Bethlehem and Susan Betz of Catasauqua; his grandchildren, Dannette, Natalie, Denise, Christopher, Jessie, Brandon, Eric and Tyler; his great grandchildren, Synestra, Madison, Abigail, Jeniya, Eliana and Aiden; and his sister Janette.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Leroy's name to the American Diabetes Association or the Alzheimer's Association.
