She was predeceased by: her spouse William J. Kates, Sr.; and her parent Frank Rohrbach. She is survived by: her parent Lillian Rohrbach (Hallman); her children, Cynthia C. Ilgenfritz (John) of Whitehall and William J. Kates, Jr. (Susan Curran) of Syracuse, NY; her brother Jerome Rohrbach (Arlene) of Allentown; her grandchildren, Claire, Maggie, Hilary, Connor, Hailey and Kevin; and her great grandchild Eleanor.
