She was predeceased by: her significant other Carl Bair. She is survived by: her parents, Clarence Hoffman of Allentown and Sandy M. Hoffman (Reichenbach) of Allentown; her son Joey Conway IV; her wife Jennifer; her grandchildren, Joey and Addison; and her siblings, Deborah Reppert (Dennis), Terrie Weidman (Fred) and Bruce (Linda). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
