He was predeceased by: his parents, Marshall P. Sr. Miller and Arlene M. Miller (Silvert); his sister Ann E. Bailey; and his nephew Jonathan Wagstaff. He is survived by: his sister Susan L. (David Wapensky); his brother-in-law William Bailey; his nieces, Debra, Shelly, Kim and Wendy; his great-nephew James; and his cousin Caleb.
