She was predeceased by: her spouse Francis A. Shook; and her parents, Charles Wertman and Mary Wertman (Weber). She is survived by: her children, Bonnie L. Pattishall (Michael) of Allentown and Neil F. Shook of Allentown; and her granddaughters, Abigail Pattishall (Bryan Gibson) and Aurora Pattishall (Ryan Kanusky). She is also survived by 4 great-grandchildren.
