It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rebekah Chávez (Allentown, Pennsylvania), born in Fort Myers, Florida, who passed away on August 16, 2019, at the age of 52, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her spouse Dario Chávez; her parents, William Adels and Martha Adels (Harter) of Dunedin; her children, Dario "Liam" Chávez and Mary Chávez; her siblings, Timothy Adels of Dunedin, Florida and Sheryl Hoffman (Dan); her nephew Daniel of Allentown; and her niece Grace of Allentown.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the family for Liam and Mary's education.
