He was predeceased by: his parents, Santos Arroyo Nunez and Rosa Amalia (Quinones); and his brothers, Santos Arroyo Jr and William Arroyo. He is survived by: his children, Lisi Arroyo, Rosa Arroyo and Richard Arroyo Jr.; and his siblings, Antoni Arroyo, Juan Arroyo, Leida Arroyo and Wilfredo Arroyo. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren.
