He is survived by: his wife Shirley; his daughters, JoAnn Stacy Francis (David Francis) of Falls Church, VA and Sue A. Walker (Scott M. Walker) of Orefield; his grandchildren, Robert R. Harris, Jr., Michael Spencer Harris, Christopher Richard Walker and Cory Theodore Walker; and his brother Theodore Spencer Stacy, Jr. of Michigan. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
