He was predeceased by: his parent William Kolowitz; and his brother William. He is survived by: his parent Emma Kolowitz (Sagl); his significant other Vicky Faust; his children, James T. Kolowitz (Sharon) of Coplay, Terry F. Kolowitz of Bethlehem and Lori A. Naheiri (Tarik) of Dana Point, CA; and his brothers, Thomas Kolowitz (Louise) of Allentown and Eugene Kolowitz of Northampton. He is also survived by 2 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
