He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey F. Schlegel and Miriam Schlegel (Lehr); and his brother Kenneth Schlegel. He is survived by: his spouse Nancy M. Schlegel (George); his children, Robert H. Schlegel, II (Lori) of Bethlehem, PA and Melissa M. (Brian Beahn) of Kutztown, PA; his grandsons, Matthew and Nathan; and his siblings, Shirley Ramaley of Whitehall, PA and Herbert Schlegel (Ann Lee).
