He was predeceased by: his parents, Lorenzo Pallero and Altagracia Dominguez. He is survived by: his spouse Cruz Maria Arias of Pallero; and his children, Lenin, Raul, Rosa, Belkis, Natali and Alicia. He is also survived by 21 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren as well as one brother and 3 sisters.
