She was predeceased by: her husband Richard J. Crouthamel; and her parents, Ernest Atiyeh and Winifred Atiyeh (Howard). She is survived by: her children, Michael R. Crouthamel (Deb) of Merrimack, NH and Karen L. Crouthamel of Allentown; her son-in-law Mitchell Zajac of Mertztown; her sisters, Virginia Haddad of Allentown and Ernestine Haddad of Allentown; and her sister-in-law Judith Atiyeh of Walnutport, Four. She is also survived by Four Grandchildren, Four Great-Grandchildren and many loving nieces, nephews and close friends.
