She was predeceased by: her parents, William Blood and Emelia Blood (Bulzer). She is survived by: her daughter Charlotte Grace Wetzel (Eckrode); her grandson Lance Corporal Jason Matthew; her son John F. Eckrode Jr.; her grandson Jamie (Heather Wetzel); her great grandchild Jamie Wetzel Jr.; and her great great grandchildren, Jason Wetzel and Cheyenne Grace Wetzel.

Donations may be given to the church in memory of Wanda.
