He was predeceased by: his spouse Arlene J. Biggs (Yenser); his parent James Biggs; and his sister Lillian Briggs. He is survived by: his parent Mary Biggs; his sons, Dennis A. (Joan) of Elverson, Darryl J. (Dianne) of Allentown and Donald F. (Donna) of Allentown; and his brother Joseph Biggs of Allentown. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren and eighteen great-grandchildren.
