He is survived by: his wife Rosemary V. Gulliver (Eckhoff); his sons, Willam H. Gulliver, III (Tena) of Boone, NC and Richard M. Gulliver (Terri) of Macungie, PA; and his grandchildren, Laura Lynn Haas (Tyler), Jordan Ashley Gulliver, Brandon Matthew Gulliver, Natalie Hope Gulliver and Amanda Faith Gulliver.
